Update…Where I’m At…
As frequent visitors have probably already noticed, the updates have been less regular of late. In fact they’ve been downright nonexistent! Much of the responsibility for this lies with the holiday season craze but a large part of it has come from struggling with the way the last two pages have unfolded and where they may be leading me (and you). What kind of a comic called the Process wouldn’t be up front with it’s online readers about ‘the process’ of its creation? For now, I need to sort out a few of the ways I am thinking about things before I dive back into it. Inserting a new page between 28 and 29 will help get things back on track so I can proceed with page 31. This is a difficult period because I am trying to transition to a new chapter with a whole new aesthetic. I am making changes to the way the pages will look to aim for what I see them becoming in chapter 3 but what that is exactly is still a little unclear. The analogy of trying to draw a map to a dimly foreseen destination comes to mind. One thing’s for sure, I have big plans for chapter 3 in terms of it’s art as well as it’s ideas. I am positive that readers who are patient enough to stand by this project while I work things out are going to be rewarded. All the best to my readers in the new year and thanks so much for being a part of the Process!

I’m a huge fan of web comics and entertainment media related stuff.
you can find an amazing amount off democracy and freedom in this kind of media. Creators are free to express their feelings, aesthetical preferences, political and sexual orientation without any other kind of judgment otherwise their audience. And thats what art is all about in my humble opinion. Your creation is all about it, freedom, an unique art concept whit a nostalgic feeling over it.
Great work, I am one of this so called frequent visitors to the process.
Awesome work man.
Thanks, Destino! Man, I’ve had a few amazing comments over the last little while! It’s great that readers of this project are so thoughtful of art and creativity. If I had anything to add to your comment it would be that this medium of webcomics also allows direct interaction. As much as I love books, writing notes in the margins doesn’t send a message to the author. Here, you can. I really value the comments posted here and in many cases knowing that you are out there reading and thinking about this keeps the fire in my belly stoked. Thanks…
